We offer shipping for physical products within Australia and Asia. We work with a variety of shipping providers to keep shipping costs as low as possible. By default, we do not provide tracking information for shipments, but we can provide it upon request for an additional fee.

All orders will be processed within 5 business days and will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be applied to international orders.

If you require tracking information for your shipment, please contact us before placing your order and we can provide you with a quote for the additional fee. If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will do our best to track down your shipment and resolve any issues.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on Bandcamp. If for any reason you are not happy with your physical product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product(s) minus any shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
